Fill kitchens, baths and additions with subs who can start
Remodels run on tight windows and short notice. Post the scope with photos and measurements, and get bids from approved tile setters, plumbers, electricians and finish carpenters nearby.
Short notice, real numbers
The homeowner said yes and wants to start in three weeks. Instead of calling around, post the scope once and let approved trades who work in that ZIP code send bids with their earliest start date. Award the first one that fits.
- Photos and measurements go right on the project
- Every bid shows the earliest date the crew can start
- Labor-only or labor-and-materials, spelled out on every bid
- Message bidders with questions without giving out your client's address
How remodelers use it
Post the scope
Rooms, finishes, what's staying and what's going, with photos from the walkthrough.
Get bids
Trades nearby ask questions and bid. Each bid shows up the moment it arrives.
Pick the crew
Compare price, start date and inclusions, then award and schedule.
See the start date next to the price
Bids open lowest first, but the start date, notes and badges sit right beside each number, so the best bid for the schedule is easy to spot.
- Low bid highlighted, every detail beside it
- Phone and message buttons on each bid
- Review the trade after the job is done

Questions
Will trades see my client's address?
No. Trades see the town and ZIP code. Share the street address with the company you hire.
Can I see bids before the due date?
Yes. By default you see each bid the moment it arrives, and you can award one any time, which closes bidding. If you'd rather compare everything at once, choose "Sealed until the due date" when you post, and bids stay hidden until bidding closes. Either way, trades never see each other's bids.
Who can see my project?
Only companies we've approved. Post to "Trades nearby" and it shows up for trades in the trades you picked who work in that area. Choose "Invite only" and only the companies you invite can see it. Nobody sees the street address.
How do you check insurance and licenses?
Companies upload their certificate of insurance and license. Our team reviews each one and checks licenses with the issuing state. The Insured and Licensed badges appear only after a document is approved.
Who can leave a review?
Only the contractor who awarded a job and the trade who won it, once each per project. The reviewed company can post one public reply.
Is it really free?
Yes. Posting, bidding, messaging and reviews are free while we launch, with no limits. General contractors will stay free. When a Pro plan for trades arrives, Founding Members get a lower price, and the free plan stays.
