Bids, not leads

A different way to fill your schedule.

Real projects

Every project comes from a builder or general contractor we've reviewed, with the scope, size, files and bid due date. You don't pay for a phone number and hope.

Close to home

You set your home ZIP code and travel distance, and each listing shows how far the job is from your shop. Filter by trade, project type, due date, and residential or commercial.

Your number stays private

Only the contractor who posted the job sees your bid. Other bidders never do, so you're compared on your price and your work.

Start getting work from contractors

Most subcontractors get work through a handful of contractors they already know. That's fine until a contractor slows down. Bidding on new projects from new contractors keeps the schedule full.

Questions about finding subcontractor work

How do I find subcontractor work near me?

Create a free trade account, add your trades and home ZIP code, and choose how far you'll travel. Contracting Bridge shows you open projects from builders and general contractors within that distance, and you can bid on the ones that fit.

Do I pay for leads?

No. There are no lead fees, and bidding on an invitation is always free. You agree on the contract and payment with the contractor directly, and we don't take a cut of the job.

Do I need a contractor license to join?

No. Not every trade or state requires one, so the license is optional. If you hold one, add it to earn the Licensed badge.

How long does approval take?

We review every new company by hand. You can finish your profile and add badges while you wait, and we email you as soon as you're approved.

Is it residential or commercial work?

Mostly residential: new homes, remodels, roofing and exterior work. Light commercial projects are welcome too, and you can filter for either one.

Where does Contracting Bridge work?

Anywhere in the United States. Projects are matched by distance from each trade's home ZIP code, so you'll see more activity as more companies join near you.
